Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love every DailyWay piece you wear. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at DailyWay Outfitters LLC.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Submit a Return Request Through Your Account
If you created an account at checkout, you can also submit a return request from your DailyWay account:
- Click the profile icon in the store's navigation (or go to the account / login page).
- Log in to your account:
- Enter your email address and click "Continue".
- Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the online store and enter the verification code.
- Select the order you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add any notes for our team.
- Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or marked-down items
- Items that are worn, washed, or missing tags/packaging
- Customized or personalized items (if offered)

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, place a new order for the new item.
International Orders (Outside the United States)
Our store is primarily focused on customers in the United States. For orders shipped outside of the U.S., we do not generally offer exchanges or returns. Refunds for international orders will only be considered if there is clear evidence that the product arrived in a damaged or defective condition.
To be eligible for an international refund, items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the issue are required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dailywayoutfitters.com.
