How your DailyWay order moves from our hands to yours.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days after you place your order. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. holidays. During peak times (new drops, holidays, special promotions), processing may take a little longer, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently ship primarily via USPS. The exact delivery estimate for your order will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address and the service USPS provides to your area.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight, and current carrier rates.
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts) shipping to eligible U.S. addresses. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout.
Where We Ship (U.S. & International)
DailyWay currently ships to customers in the United States and to select international destinations.
- U.S. Orders: Standard USPS delivery estimates typically range from 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on your location.
- International Orders: Delivery time varies by country and local postal service. Customs processing or local delays may extend the timeline beyond the original estimate.
For international shipments, any import duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs office are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details before placing an order.
Tracking & Order Status
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account (if you created one at checkout) to view your order history and status.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it yet, please:
- Double‑check your shipping address and around your delivery location.
- Check with neighbors, leasing offices, or mailrooms.
- Contact USPS with your tracking number for more detailed information about the delivery scan.
