For Him

“And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.”
Colossians 3:17
We all have something to be thankful for.
Gratitude is a heart posture that can completely transform your reality and your outlook on life. So many of us are beyond blessed — given more than we can imagine. We’ve been given things. We’ve been given relationships, provision, health, opportunity, and moments we did not earn on our own.
No matter the shape, size, or form, all of us have received something that is a blessing because it was beyond our control or capability to achieve alone.
On the other hand, many people have walked through hard situations that feel unfair and don’t make sense. And still — gratitude remains a heart posture. God uses every one of us, no matter the circumstance we are in, good or bad.
It is a choice to face everything with gratitude and give the glory back to God — because without Him, we would not be standing where we are today. Let someone become curious about what fuels your attitude and your life by the way you respond to both the good and the hard.
Colossians 3:17 calls us to do all things in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Whatever we do — in word or deed — can become an offering of gratitude for Him.
