The Way, the Truth, and the Life

“Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."”
John 14:6
For all of history, humanity’s sinful nature has kept us disconnected from God. We could not bridge that gap on our own.
So Jesus came to earth — to live the perfect life we cannot live, and to die a death that atoned for our sins. He is equally God and man. By believing in Him — that He died to wash away sin then and forever — we find the path to the Father and the hope of heaven.
Jesus wants us to receive Him into our hearts: to trust that He is God, and that He accomplished what He came to earth to do.
He is the way to the Father.
He is the truth, and His Word is still more relevant in our lives today than ever before.
He is the life, because He died — and death could not hold Him. He rose on the third day.
With Jesus there is hope for redemption, revival, and good news that still stands — because He is the same today as He was then.
Boldness is not volume. Boldness is willingness to walk with the One who made a way.
This Week's Takeaway
There is nothing you or I can do that amounts to what Jesus already did. He died for the sin that still shows up in our lives today. Jesus is for you.
