The Walk

His Grace Is Enough
“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore, I will most gladly boast all the more about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may reside in me.”
2 Corinthians 12:9
God is enough. And He does not leave it there. He tells Paul that His power is perfected in our weakness.
We do not have to carry our troubles by ourselves, or look to earthly things to cure our sorrow, anxiety, pain, and depression. Let go, and let God. His grace is enough, and He tells us that our low points are where His power is most at work.
Paul says, “Therefore, I will most gladly boast all the more about my weaknesses.”
When you are weak, you are not at your end. That is where you are strongest in Him, because you are still making it through, and God’s power is perfected and at work in your life, keeping you going.
This Week's Takeaway
When the weight feels like yours alone, bring it to God. Do not hide the weakness. His grace is sufficient, and His power is at work right there.
