Trust His Path
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
Proverbs 3:5-6
There have been times in my life when I wanted to know the plans before they happened — when I tried to play God of my own reality. Through that process, God showed me something clear: I am not Him. Only He knows the plans He has for me.
Faith is required of every believer, and faith is trust. We have to learn not to lean on ourselves, but on Someone far greater — our Creator, who knows who we are and what He has set before us.
One of DailyWay’s values is stewardship. We are called to be faithful stewards of our lives and of the gifts and blessings God has given us. That also means pointing our hearts, thoughts, and gifts back to Him — so we can stay on the path and understand what He has for us.
Faith is hard. Trust is key. And giving our attention back to God in every moment and every decision can keep us aligned with what He is calling us into.
Proverbs does not ask us to stop caring about the future. It asks us to stop leaning on our own understanding as if we were in control. In all your ways acknowledge Him — and He shall direct your paths.
